Ingredients.

1. 2 cups of basmati rice

Two cups of basmati rice are washed and soaked for twenty-five minutes.

Ingredients. 

  1. 2 cups basmati rice
  2. Coriander leaves
  3. 3 to 4 green chilies
  4. Ginger paste
  5. Raw coconut
  6. Ghee
  7. Cardomoms, anise, bay leaf, and cumin seeds.
  8. Carrots, beans, and green peas.

Step: 1

Wash 2 cups of basmati rice and soak for 10–15 minutes; then pluck mint and coriander leaves. A cup of mint leaves and coriander leaves washed as many times as possible.

Step: 2

Take 4 green chillies and ginger paste as needed and 3 garlic pastes as possible. Avoiding water is fine.

Step: 3

Take 3 tbsp ghee in a kadai, 1 anise, ½ tbsp cumin seeds, 3 cardamoms, and 15 cashews, and add the paste and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove the raw flavor. If you want to add vegetables, carrots, beans and green peas and saute for 3 to 4 minutes,

Ingredients.

  1. Cup of rice
  2. Raw coconut:
  3. 1 onion, 1 green chili, 1 carrot chopped, 5-6 green peas, ginger-garlic paste,
  4. Bay leaf, star anise, cardamom, black pepper, cloves.
  5. Cashews as needed.

Step: 1 

A cup of rice to add a bowl and rinse well twice.

Step: 2 

Drain the water and soak it for 10–15 minutes. Don’t soak the rice after the colander. 

Step: 3

  1. A cup of rice 
  2. Cabbage
  3. 3 green chilies
  4. Garlic cloves

Step: 1
